We are looking for a qualified *Chartered Accountant – Finance* to lead financial operations, support project-level financial planning, and contribute to the overall financial growth and sustainability of the organization.

Job Role

The *CA – Finance* will be responsible for managing financial planning, project budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and financial analysis for renewable energy projects. The role will also work closely with EPC, procurement, project, operations, banking, and other stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in line with EPC contracts and project requirements.

* Prepare and analyse financial models for project feasibility, profitability, ROI, payback, and risk assessment.





* Manage project-wise cash flow, liquidity, payments, collections, and working capital.

* Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project funding, loans, and working capital requirements.

* Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, project reports, and management reports.

* Monitor project costs, CAPEX, and budgets, identifying variances and cost-saving opportunities.

* Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, taxation, statutory requirements, and applicable renewable-energy regulations/incentives.

* Manage taxation activities, including tax planning, GST, statutory filings, and identification of applicable tax benefits and incentives.

* Coordinate with EPC contractors, project managers, procurement, and operations teams on financial matters.

* Support statutory audits, internal audits, due diligence, investor reporting, and financial documentation.

* Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.

* Identify financial and project-related risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
