About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to manage and oversee the overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR activities and be capable of handling the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Handle recruitment and selection activities to meet organizational hiring requirements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries and support a positive workplace environment.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace concerns professionally.
- Ensure basic statutory and HR compliance requirements are followed.




- Prepare regular HR reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in overall HR operations.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic HR tools.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience handling end-to-end HR operations will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
