About the Role
We are looking for an Event Coordinator Intern who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people and coordinating things.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution.
- Follow up on event requirements and deliverables.
- Assist during venue visits, setups, and live events.
- Coordinate with production, décor, AV, sound, LED, and other vendors.
- Support the team with event-related documentation and checklists.
- Handle on-ground coordination during events.
