Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help us find potential clients for our web development services.

Responsibilities:

- Find potential businesses that may need web development services.
- Research the business and identify the owner, founder, CEO, or relevant decision-maker.
- Find accurate contact information.
- Contact prospects through email, LinkedIn, social media, and other suitable platforms.
- Send personalized outreach messages.
- Follow up with interested prospects professionally.
- Qualify prospects based on their project needs, timeline, and level of interest.
- Book qualified meetings with our team.
- Maintainbasic records of prospects and outreach activity.

Target Clients

- Clients Mainly US-based small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and growing companies.
- Industries may include: Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, construction
- Real estate and property management Law, accounting, consulting and other professional services
- Dental clinics and other local businesses E-commerce and retail Automotive businesses
- Marketing and creative agencies SaaS, AI and technology companies

Experience





- Minimum 6 months of practical experience in lead generation, cold outreach, sales, appointment setting, business development, prospect research, or a similar role.
- You should be comfortable finding prospects, identifying decision-makers, communicating with businesses, and following up.
- Payment This is a performance-based chance. 10% commission on every project successfully brought in and paid for by the client.
- Additional performance incentive based on how quickly the project is brought in: 1–2 days → +5% 3–5 days → +3% 5–7 days → +2% More than 7 days → no additional incentive 10% recurring commission on applicable recurring payments from clients you bring.
- For the initial trial, the goal is 1 genuine, qualified meeting.
- If the client becomes a paying customer, the applicable commission will be paid.

We're looking for someone who values quality over quantity and can generate genuine business opportunities rather than simply collecting large lists of leads.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
