1. HR & Recruitment Role

Handling end-to-end recruitment for Showroom, Service, Spares, Accounts, and Back Office.

Sourcing profiles from online portal, references and local contacts.

Conducting initial screening, interviews and joining formalities.

Issuing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and maintaining employee personal files.

Maintaining daily attendance, leave management in greytHR portal and coordinating regularization/OD.

Handling induction & orientation for new joiners as per SOP.

2. Payroll & Compliance

Preparing payroll inputs - attendance, OT, incentives, deductions.

Coordinating with Accounts for monthly salary processing.

Handling PF, ESI, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.

Maintaining HR MIS reports - headcount, attrition, attendance, leave.

3. Administration Role

Managing overall office administration, housekeeping,



security and front office.

Maintaining office infrastructure, assets, AMC, stationery, and ID cards.

Handling vendor management, electricity, water, and maintenance.

Coordinating with all branch Admins for uniform compliance.

Ensuring OEM compliance in showroom and service area.

4. Employee Engagement & Discipline

Handling employee grievances, counselling and disciplinary actions.

Planning employee engagement activities, birthdays, festivals and meetings.

Ensuring discipline, grooming and uniform compliance across branches.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
