We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to join our healthcare team in ICU, MICU, NICU and Emergency (ER) departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to patients according to hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patients' clinical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Ensure proper infection control and patient safety.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, patients and their attendants.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the assigned department.
Requirements:
- GNM / B.Sc.
Nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Relevant hospital experience preferred.
- ICU/MICU/NICU/ER experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on qualification and experience.
