Hirezy.ai is a fast-growing HR technology startup focused on leveraging AI-driven solutions to transform recruitment and HR processes. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, and people practices.

Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to support day-to-day recruitment and HR activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to understand the end-to-end recruitment process while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment databases, candidate records, and applicant tracking information.
- Support the HR team with documentation, reports, and administrative activities.
- Assist in preparing HR-related communication, documents, and internal reports.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in brainstorming and initiatives focused on improving HR and recruitment processes using AI-driven tools.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and other projects as required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and candidate information.

- Basic understanding of HR technology or AI-driven recruitment tools.

Eligibility

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Candidates with 0–1 years of experience in HR/recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,901.48 per month
