HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 5+ years of experience exclusively in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and a well-established network across travel companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire Travel Consultants, Travel Executives, Sales Professionals, Ticketing/Reservation staff, and other travel-industry roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, industry contacts, and walk-ins.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, and joining formalities.
- Work closely with management and operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Support other HR operations and employee engagement activities as required.

Requirements





- 5+ years of HR/Recruitment experience – Mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience specifically in the Travel & Tourism industry – Strictly Mandatory.
- Strong network and connections across travel companies and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience hiring travel and sales professionals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
