About the Role

Gallery Vision is looking for a passionate and organized A&R; Artist Executive to discover new talent, coordinate music releases, and manage artist relationships. If you love music, have a sharp eye for emerging talent, and thrive on cross-team coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and discover new and emerging artists for the company

Coordinate with artists for onboarding, approvals, agreements, and required documentation

Manage artist communication and maintain strong relationships with artists

Coordinate music releases with artists, editors, designers, and internal teams

Coordinate with editors and designers for artist content, artwork, promotional materials, and release requirements

Ensure all music release processes are completed accurately and on time

Follow up with artists for approvals, corrections, artwork, metadata, and other release-related requirements

Research new artists, music trends, and potential talent opportunities





Maintain proper records of artist profiles, releases, approvals, and communications

Work closely with the A&R; and music distribution teams to support artist development and releases

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in the music, media, entertainment, or related industry

Valuable understanding of music releases and artist coordination

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams, including artists, editors, and designers

Good organizational and documentation skills

Ability to identify and build relationships with new artists

Passion for music and awareness of current music trends

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
