- Counsel students/parents on programs and admissions
- Handle calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Follow up on leads and drive conversions
- Maintain data in CRM/ERP systems
- Support admission events and outreach
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–4 years of experience (admissions/sales/customer-facing roles)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with good follow-up ability
