Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, building robust client relationships, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential clients interested in web development, website designing, digital marketing, and related services.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate with clients and work toward closing deals.
- Maintain and update lead and client records.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handover.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Track competitors and identify current business opportunities.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of website development, digital marketing, SEO, or web design is preferred.
- Experience with lead-generation platforms such as LinkedIn and IndiaMART will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
