HR Executive / HR Generalist

Location: Sainath Industrial Society, Bhatar, Udhna-Magdalla Road, Surat and Vesu surat Gujarat

Experience: 3–4+ Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive / HR Generalist who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, salary slips, attendance, employee records, HR policies, and team management.

The candidate should be capable of efficiently handling HR activities for a team of approximately 25 employees and should be comfortable coordinating with both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with management/HODs.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, selection, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a proper recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
- Coordinate the complete onboarding process for new employees.

Payroll & Salary Management

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
- Prepare and issue salary slips to employees.
- Maintain accurate salary, attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and other payroll-related records.
- Coordinate with management/accounts regarding salary processing.
- Maintain employee salary and compensation records.
- Handle employee queries related to salary,



deductions, attendance, and leave.

Employee Management

- Manage and maintain records for a team of approximately 25 employees.
- Maintain employee files, joining documents, KYC documents, and other HR records.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism, and working hours.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve day-to-day HR-related concerns.
- Maintain good employee relations and ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
- Conduct employee engagement activities whenever required.

Joining & Exit Formalities

- Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Manage resignation, notice period, full & final settlement coordination, and exit formalities.
- Maintain proper records of employee joining and exit details.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures as required.
- Ensure employees are aware of company rules, policies, attendance procedures, and workplace guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, recruitment, employee strength, attrition, leave, and payroll.




- Coordinate with management regarding employee performance and HR-related matters.
- Support performance appraisal and employee confirmation processes.
- Assist management in disciplinary and employee-related matters when required.
- Ensure proper documentation of all HR activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Practical experience with payroll and salary slips.
- Good knowledge of attendance and leave management.
- Strong employee handling and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations for a small-to-medium-sized team.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and other HR tools.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–4+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Candidates with experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, HR & Admin Executive, or HR Officer will be preferred.
- Experience managing HR activities for 20–30+ employees will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can independently handle recruitment, payroll coordination, employee management, and HR operations will be preferred.
