- Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain recruitment records and databases
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining
- Support the HR/recruitment team in daily activities
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and MS Office
- Freshers and students can apply
- Work-from-home setup with a smartphone/laptop and internet connection
