Oversee day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Operations Oversight: Manage daily maintenance, repairs and upkeep of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and Cafeteria premises).

Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train maintenance and janitorial staff.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and monitor service agreements.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety regulations, building codes - precautions.

Budgeting & Resources: Track operational expenses, inventory and resource allocation.

Leadership: Strong communication and team-building abilities for day-to-day activities

Problem-Solving: Capability to identify and resolve emergency repairs immediate basis.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Desired Candidates Profile:

Minimum Degree with 6-10 years of experience as Facility Supervisor in Corporate Office





Proven track record of managing large - scale facility operations, including budgeting and resource allocation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage under team

Strong understanding of office codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Ability to analyse data and generate reports to your hierarchy or else top management

Strong leadership and team-building abilities and exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

Hands - on facilities or else maintenance experience, plus prior supervisory back ground required

Corporate office exposure facility supervising candidate preferable for this position.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
