We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team in Kochi.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of international student admissions, destination-specific compliance, visa processes, documentation requirements, and student interview preparation across major study destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of destination-specific compliance and visa requirements for countries including UK, Germany, France, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, and other major study destinations.
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations, immigration policies, university requirements, and destination-specific compliance guidelines.
- Review and verify student documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, quality, and genuineness.
- Support students throughout the university application and visa process.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide students with constructive feedback and preparation.
- Assess the overall genuineness, credibility, and documentation quality of student profiles.
- Ensure applications meet the required university, immigration, and visa compliance standards.
- Coordinate with counsellors, universities, and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant application processing.
- Maintain proper compliance records and ensure applications are processed accurately within the required timelines.

What We’re Looking For:





✔ Strong knowledge of UK, Germany, France, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA and other destination visa processes

✔ Previous experience in student visa processing / compliance / admissions is preferred

✔ Strong understanding of documentation verification and compliance requirements

✔ Excellent communication and student counselling skills

✔ Strong interview preparation and mock interview capabilities

✔ Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies or concerns in student documentation

✔ Ability to stay updated with changing visa and university requirements

✔ Ability to manage multiple applications while maintaining high accuracy and compliance standards
