About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful property bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, references, and digital leads.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, configuration, and purchase timeline.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Build solid relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer objections and provide suitable property solutions.
- Convert leads and site visits into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to ensure smooth sales processes.
- Stay updated on Pune real estate market trends, projects, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/12th Pass with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, B2C Sales, BDE, or related fields is preferred.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and incentives.
- Willingness to make regular calls and attend customer/site visits.
- Knowledge of Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Hinjewadi, and surrounding Pune areas will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,773.49 - ₹35,000.00 per month
