About the Role

Dr. Rao's Herbal Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is an established Ayurvedic manufacturing company committed to providing high-quality wellness products across India.

We are looking for friendly, confident, and enthusiastic Customer Support Associates who are fluent in Hindi and English to assist customers with product information and order support.

The selected candidates will be responsible for calling customers, explaining our Ayurvedic products, answering customer questions, following up with interested customers, and converting calls into orders.

Telugu-speaking candidates will be preferred for easy communication with our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers.
- Explain our Ayurvedic products clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Answer customer questions regarding products, usage, pricing, and orders.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Generate and confirm customer orders through calls.
- Maintain accurate customer and order details.
- Provide a positive and qualified customer experience.
- Work towards assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience preferred.




- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Telugu-speaking candidates will be preferred.
- Candidates with previous experience in product sales, telecalling, telesales, or customer support are preferred.
- Confident speaking skills and the ability to explain and promote products.
- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Must have a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable working independently from home.
- Candidates with experience selling Ayurvedic, healthcare, hair-care, or personal-care products will be preferred.
