We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Travel Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, possess good communication skills, and be confident in sales and customer interaction. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages
- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Provide information on destinations, itineraries, flights, hotels, and visa requirements
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport providers when required
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and customer handling abilities
- Passion for travel and tourism industry
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred
