We’re building a community mental health ecosystem centred on connection, belonging, and accessible support. We’re starting with toxic shame and complex PTSD, creating spaces through therapy, support circles, community conversations, and psychoeducation where people can feel seen, heard, and less alone.

We’re looking for a creative, thoughtful person to help us shape the venture and grow our community.

What you’ll work on

Branding & visual identity

- Help develop our logo and visual identity
- Explore colours, typography, imagery and overall aesthetic
- Create brand assets and templates

Content & social media

- Build our Instagram and LinkedIn presence
- Develop content ideas and content calendars
- Create carousels, posts, reels and other content
- Help shape our voice and storytelling
- Experiment with ways to grow our reach and community

Community building

- Help create conversations around shame, connection, belonging and mental health
- Think creatively about how to engage people online
- Bring your own ideas and help shape what this community becomes

Who we’re looking for

There is no degree requirement. We care much more about your curiosity, creativity and genuine interest in the work.

You might be a student, recent graduate, freelancer, designer, content creator, psychology enthusiast,



or simply someone who cares deeply about mental health and wants to contribute to something meaningful.

We’d especially love to hear from people who:

- Have a genuine interest in mental health and community
- Have lived experience or feel personally connected to mental health work
- Are creative and have a good eye for visual storytelling
- Understand social media and what makes people want to engage
- Can approach mental health content thoughtfully and responsibly

This is a space for both of us to experiment, learn and figure things out as we go. There are no hard rules or rigid playbooks here. Bring your ideas, try things, make mistakes, and let’s have some fun while we’re at it.

What we offer

- 3-month freelance contract
- Stipend
- Renewal after 3 months based on performance and mutual fit
