ORAM Salt is looking for a confident and enthusiastic In-Store Sales Promoter to represent our product at The Grocer Central, Peelamedu, Coimbatore.

The role is primarily focused on interacting with customers, explaining ORAM Bamboo Salt and driving in-store sales.

Responsibilities

- Approach and engage customers in the store
- Introduce ORAM Bamboo Salt and explain the product clearly
- Explain its features and everyday cooking uses
- Answer customer questions confidently
- Encourage customers to purchase the product
- Maintain a neat and attractive ORAM product display
- Keep track of daily sales
- Work towards sales targets

Requirements

- Good spoken English is required
- Valuable Tamil communication skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Friendly,



energetic and presentable
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets
- Previous retail, supermarket, FMCG or promoter experience is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Compensation

Fixed Monthly Salary + Sales Incentives

Additional incentives will be provided based on sales performance — the more you sell, the more you can earn.
