Job Description – Media Coordinator & Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with regional, state and national Marathi, Hindi & English print, TV and digital media for the Revenue Minister and Revenue Department.
- Draft and disseminate press notes, releases, statements, briefs and social media content in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Communicate government policies, schemes, reforms, announcements and key departmental developments accurately and on time.
- Maintain skilled relationships with journalists, editors, reporters, anchors and media teams.
- Coordinate media communication during Assembly/Council sessions, ministerial visits and major events.
- Monitor print, TV and digital coverage, track narrative, tone and accuracy, and flag important developments or inaccuracies.
- Support video scripts, campaign messaging, policy explainers and other digital/creative communication.
- Develop a good understanding of the Revenue Department, its policies, functions and key decisions,



along with relevant developments in aligned departments.
- Coordinate with the Minister's Office, officials and communication teams to ensure timely, consistent and approved communication.

Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in media, journalism, PR, government communication or multilingual content creation.
- Excellent Marathi, Hindi and English communication and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of news media, government communication and media narratives.
- Ability to understand government policies, departmental functioning and key public issues.
- Good research, content writing, interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and urgent assignments with accuracy and tight deadlines.
- Creative, proactive and adaptable to different audiences and platforms

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
