Placement & Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Bangalore, India | Full-Time | Onsite
Experience: 1–5 Years | Working Days: 6 Days/Week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)
Probation: 6 Months

About the Role

XCEL Corp is looking for a Placement & Talent Acquisition Executive to build relationships with companies, staffing firms, recruitment consultancies, and hiring partners to create employment opportunities for our students.

The role involves corporate outreach, IT recruitment coordination, candidate submissions, interview coordination, and placement tracking.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and connect with companies hiring IT professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate partners.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable opportunities for students.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, assessments, feedback, offers, and joining.
- Match student skills, projects, and capabilities with relevant IT job opportunities.
- Maintain placement databases, recruitment pipelines, and company-wise hiring records.
- Coordinate placement drives, recruitment activities, and corporate engagement initiatives.
- Follow up regularly with companies and candidates to ensure successful closures.
- Generate recurring hiring opportunities and expand the corporate partner network.





What We’re Looking For

- 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment, staffing, recruitment consultancy, placement agency, talent acquisition, or corporate recruitment.
- Experience in client/company coordination and corporate hiring.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical job descriptions.
- Strong communication, relationship management, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work with targets.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Positive to Have: Experience in IT staffing/volume hiring, placement drives, or an existing network of IT companies and recruitment partners. Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms is an advantage.
