### Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced *QMS & Customer Audit Engineer/Executive* with strong expertise in *quality documentation, customer audits and QMS implementation*.
The role will primarily focus on *documentation and audits rather than routine physical inspection*.
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain complete *QMS documentation, SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, Registers and Quality Records*.
* Independently handle *customer, internal and certification audits*.
* Maintain documentation for *ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001*.
* Prepare and maintain *CAPA, NCR, RCA, 8D, calibration and traceability records*.
* Ensure continuous audit readiness and timely closure of audit observations.
* Coordinate with Production, PPC, Design and Purchase teams for quality documentation.
* Maintain both *digital and physical quality records*.
### Candidate Requirements
* Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
* Experience in *QMS documentation and customer audits in a manufacturing company*.
* Strong knowledge of *ISO systems, CAPA, RCA, NCR and 8D*.
* Positive *MS Excel, Word, documentation and communication skills*.
* Experience in *sheet metal, fabrication, electronics or EMS manufacturing* preferred.
*Key Requirement:* Candidate must be particularly strong in *QMS documentation and audit handling*, not just physical quality inspection.
