Job Summary

F&B; Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and process them efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Set up, clear, and maintain tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
- Operate POS systems and handle billing/payment transactions accurately.
- Check stock levels and assist with replenishment when required.
- Support opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Promote menu items, special offers,



and additional products when appropriate.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Requirements High school/diploma qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.
