Job Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls to students and new enquiries.
- Explain our Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design and UI/UX courses.
- Generate walk-ins by inviting interested students to visit the centre.
- Counsel students and parents during centre visits.
- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into admissions and sales.
- Follow up regularly with interested students until conversion.
- Explain course fees, offers and payment options clearly.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, walk-ins and admissions.
- Achieve monthly calling, walk-in, admission and sales targets.
- Support timely fee collection from enrolled students.
Requirements:
- Must be sales-driven and target-oriented.
- Self-motivated to generate walk-ins and drive sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Positive English, Hindi and computer knowledge are preferred.
- Experience in Education counselling, admissions or telesales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
