About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can think beyond conventional design and bring fresh, original ideas to life.

The ideal candidate should have the jazba to think different, experiment with visual ideas and create work that stands out.

You will work on campaigns across 360° advertising, branding, digital, social media, print, OOH, events, exhibitions and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and develop creative visual ideas based on client briefs.
- Create impactful campaign key visuals and communication concepts.
- Design creatives for Print, OOH, Digital, Social Media, Events and Exhibitions.
- Develop multiple creative options and visual directions for pitches and presentations.
- Convert creative concepts into strong layouts, compositions and finished artwork.
- Work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Account Teams and Event Teams.
- Develop moodboards, visual references and presentation decks.
- Adapt a core campaign idea across multiple media and formats.
- Maintain high standards of typography, composition, colour, imagery and brand consistency.
- Keep yourself updated with emerging design trends, creative techniques and AI-assisted design tools.




- Deliver artwork within timelines while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills Required

- Strong conceptual and visual thinking.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
- Good presentation and pitch-deck design skills.
- Experience in advertising agency or creative agency environment preferred.
- Experience in OOH, branding, events/exhibitions and digital campaigns will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics / After Effects is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive communication and ability to work as part of a creative team.
