Responsible for all the activities below in shift.

1). Ensure to achieve production Targets/Plan on Daily & monthly Basis.

2). Ensure Optimum utilization of Manpower & Recourses.

3). Maintain discipline and 5S on Shop floor.

4). Make sure secure working environment & safety practices are adhered at Line and provide training

. 5). To Coordinate with QA, PPC, CSC and purchase for any related issues to solve & understand the problem for better efficiency.

6). Reconciliation of material/contacts on a monthly basis.

7). All production activity completed through SAP.

8). ISO, inventory and other audit preparation and face the audit.

9). Ensure you to motivate, supervise, guide & train the team.

10). Ensure to line balancing, Kaizen, cost saving, poka yoke and efficiency improvement. 11). Ensure you to deliver factory orders on committed time period as per SLA.

12). Ensure to maintain the daily reports, MIS and check sheets.
