We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor Trainee to join our service team. The candidate will be trained to handle customer interactions, understand vehicle service requirements, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Assist in preparing job cards and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians regarding vehicle inspection and repair work.
- Communicate service updates and additional requirements to customers.
- Assist in scheduling service appointments and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company/service standards.
- Learn and follow manufacturer guidelines and workshop procedures.

Qualification:

- Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
