- Provide anesthesia services in OT including pre-anesthetic assessment, intra-operative management, and post-operative care
- Manage critically ill patients in SICU including ventilator management, sedation, analgesia, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Assist consultants during major, complex, and emergency surgeries
- Perform airway management, intubation, central line insertion, arterial lines, and regional anesthesia under supervision
- Monitor patients during anesthesia recovery and ensure secure handover to SICU/ward teams
- Manage pain protocols, epidurals, and post-operative analgesia plans
- Respond to code blue, emergency resuscitation, and trauma calls
- Maintain accurate anesthesia records, SICU notes, and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with OT/SICU safety protocols, NABH standards, and infection control practices
- Participate in audits, academic sessions, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
