About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer with 2 years of skilled experience in creating engaging visual content for digital and print media. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a good sense of typography, color, and layout.

You’ll collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand identity and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for websites, social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design short-form videos, promotional videos, reels, product videos, and motion graphics.
- Develop animations, transitions, kinetic typography, and visual effects for digital content.
- Convert creative concepts/storyboards into high-quality visual and motion content.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, marketing, product, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver designs on time.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, visual identity, typography, colors, and design systems.
- Edit and enhance video footage, including cutting, transitions, audio synchronization, captions, and basic color correction.
- Create multiple design variations and optimize creatives for different platforms and screen sizes.
- Stay updated with current design, video, animation, and social-media trends.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Key Requirements

- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and/or motion design.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and social-media content.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and branding.
- Ability to create designs from concept to final production.
- Basic understanding of storyboarding, video composition, transitions, and sound design.
- Experience designing for social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Portfolio demonstrating both static graphic design and motion/video work is required.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Figma and UI/UX principles.
- Knowledge of 3D animation or Blender/Cinema 4D.
- Experience with AI-based creative tools for image/video generation.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and digital design constraints.

Experience working with SaaS, technology, or product companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
