We are looking for an experienced and disciplined Godown Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, inventory movement, and dispatch activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day godown operations
- Manage loading, unloading, and dispatch activities
- Maintain stock accuracy and inventory records
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and purchase teams
- Ensure proper storage and material handling
- Monitor housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the warehouse
- Handle inward/outward entries and documentation
- Supervise warehouse staff and delivery teams
Requirements:
- 2–5 years experience in warehouse/godown operations
- Experience in building materials, hardware, sanitary, electrical, or related industry preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/ERP preferred)
- Good organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage teams efficiently
- Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience
