Chef jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis. This is a full time, permanent position with immediate joining, running the kitchen at our New Delhi HQ — the facility a demanding practice eats, meets and hosts from. A chef’s responsibilities here go well beyond meal preparation: handling the materials, equipment, utensils, people and storage the kitchen runs on, to a standard the office can rely on every working day. Hospitality is part of the practice’s face — clients and principals dine here — so the kitchen carries the same expectations of discretion and quality as every other function. The kitchen is a working facility with a service standard: breakfast through late-evening service on operating days, hospitality on the calendar days, and a team that runs on the reliability you set. Menus rotate with seasons and sense; vendors are held to the standard the dining room expects. It is a professional kitchen in every respect save the customers — they are colleagues, principals and clients, which raises the bar rather than lowering it. The practice invests in the kitchen the way it invests in any client-facing surface — deliberately. Equipment is maintained, not merely replaced when it fails. The standard is daily, not periodic. The complete job description — duties, requirements, seniority path and selection process — follows.

01 01The actual work What will you actually do as a Chef at CryptoMize? 01 Run the HQ kitchen: daily service for the office and hospitality for client meetings 02 Decide menus, meal types and portions; select ingredients; research preservation techniques that keep quality and cost honest 03 Set up cooking tools and equipment — knives, pans, scales — and keep the kitchen inspection-ready 04 Examine each recipe and gather every component before service begins 05 Cook to service pace,
delegate duties to kitchen workers, and keep wait staff informed of daily specials 06 Manage the material resources: materials, equipment, utensils, people and storage 07 Handle cooking, serving, cleaning and food maintenance as one continuous standard ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES As a Chef you will go well beyond meal preparation and service: handling the material resources — materials, equipment, utensils, people and storage facilities — necessary to complete daily tasks, in addition to providing meals for the office and its visitors. You will decide the menu, meal types and amounts; select ingredients; research food-preservation techniques; and set up cooking tools and equipment in the kitchen. Each recipe is examined and its components gathered before service, because service pace forgives nothing. Cooking is delegation as much as craft: duties assigned to kitchen workers, wait staff kept informed about daily specials, and cooking, serving, cleaning and food maintenance handled as one continuous standard. Hands-on experience with a variety of kitchen appliances and superior time management are requirements, not preferences. 02 02Capability profile What skills and tools does a Chef need? astro-island,astro-slot,astro-static-slot{display:contents} Craft skills11 Tools & systems4 Offer standards4 Menu planning and portion disciplineIngredient selection and vendor judgmentFood preservation and storage techniqueKitchen equipment mastery (grillers,
