Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in our wooden door production facility. The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing or engineering background with at least 3+ years of experience in production supervision, preferably in the wood, timber, or furniture industry. This role requires solid leadership to manage shift operations and migrant workers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise production activities to ensure smooth operations, meeting daily/weekly targets.

Manage and lead shift workers, including migrant laborers, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.

Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Troubleshoot machinery and production issues, coordinating with the maintenance team for repairs.

Train and mentor workers, improving skills and performance.

Maintain production records and reports, tracking efficiency, material usage, and downtime.

Coordinate with other departments (Quality Control, Logistics, and Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations.





Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) is preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in the wood, timber, or furniture industry.

Experience managing shift operations and migrant workers is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of wood processing, carpentry, or door manufacturing techniques.

Hands-on experience with production machinery and troubleshooting skills.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.

Understanding of health, safety, and quality control standards in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and production management software is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
