- Property Sourcing: Scout premium retail spaces, high-streets, and malls across Chennai's key commercial hubs.
- Market Analysis: Evaluate target locations based on target catchment demographics, footfall counts, infrastructure growth, and competitor presence.
- Commercial Negotiation: Handle initial discussions with landlords regarding rent structures, security deposits, escalation matrices, and fit-out periods to maximize ROI.
- Liaison & Due Diligence: Coordinate with legal and engineering teams to ensure explicit property titles, structural compliance, and municipal approvals (CMDA/GCC clearances).
- Network Management: Maintain active relationships with local property owners, independent brokers, and international property consultants (IPCs).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
