About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who wants to learn and gain practical experience in Human Resources.
This internship is suitable for students and fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in HR, especially in recruitment and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support placement drives and bulk hiring activities.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
- Assist with employee engagement and other HR activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is an advantage.
- Valuable organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools.
