About the Company

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage project execution, ensure smooth communication between teams, and deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor multiple digital marketing and web development projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as the primary point of communication between clients and internal teams.
- Create project timelines, assign tasks, and track daily progress.
- Conduct follow-ups with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Schedule client meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and share project updates.
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Design, Content, and Development teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify project risks, escalate issues proactively, and help resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.




- Support management with project planning, coordination, and process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA (Marketing/Operations) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and project management processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
