Senior Accountant / Accounts Head

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Accounts Head to manage the complete finance and accounting functions of our organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, GST compliance, and end-to-end financial operations, with a proven track record in managing statutory obligations and coordinating audits.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and manage monthly tax compliance.
- Manage banking activities, including LC documents, bank guarantees, foreign remittances, and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and support annual audit and finalization.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT,



and IT regulations.
- Manage payroll, salary disbursement, and related statutory deductions.
- Maintain stock and inventory records and submit periodic reports to management.
- Handle correspondence with banks for account enhancement, LC issuance, and other transactions.

Preferred Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings.
- Ability to independently manage full accounting cycle and coordinate with external auditors.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential data responsibly.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com (Finance/Accounting) or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a trading or manufacturing setup.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
