We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our real estate projects, generate leads, build customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market real estate projects through online and offline channels.
- Generate new leads through digital marketing, social media, calls, references, and field activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate property/site visits for customers.
- Explain project details, location, amenities, pricing, and payment options to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful bookings.
- Develop relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing activity and lead reports.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales-support targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or real estate preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for field marketing and site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Customer follow-ups and site visits.
- Lead-to-customer conversion.
- Monthly marketing and sales-support targets.
- Customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
