Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create posters, social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Design content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Develop visually engaging and child-friendly creatives while maintaining Mind Meadow's brand identity.
- Create recruitment posters, event creatives, awareness campaigns, educational content, and internal communication materials.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, logos, and overall brand presentation.

Video Editing

- Edit short-form videos, Reels, educational videos, awareness content, event videos, and promotional videos.
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, animations, and other elements to make videos engaging and professional.
- Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-friendly videos.
- Coordinate with the clinical and content teams to understand the purpose and messaging of each video.

Content & Creative Support

- Collaborate with the HR, marketing, clinical, and center teams for creative requirements.
- Suggest new creative concepts and formats for improving audience engagement.
- Ensure all content is accurate, appropriate, professional,



and aligned with Mind Meadow's work with children and families.
- Manage multiple creative requests and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic designing and video editing.
- Strong knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of social media design and short-form video trends.
- Strong sense of typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create creative, engaging, and child-friendly content.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience working with healthcare, education, child development, wellness, or similar organizations.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and other short-form content formats.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
