*Job Description*
Heavytech Agro Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and building strong customer relationships over the phone.
*Key Responsibilities*
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote agro machinery products
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide accurate product information
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Follow up on leads and close sales targets effectively
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
Coordinate with the sales and support teams for order processing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
*Requirements & Skills*
Relevant experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferably in machinery/agro/industrial products)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage
