Job Title: Vending Machine Operator
Department: Operations
Location: Thanisandra & Hebbal, Service Area Manyata tech Park
Reports To: Operations Supervisor / Manager

Mon-Sat (Half Day) - 9AM - 5.30PM

Job Summary

The Vending Machine Operator is responsible for the daily operation, servicing, replenishment, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of vending machines. The role ensures machines are adequately stocked, functional, clean, and provide a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned vending machine locations as per the daily schedule.
- Refill machines with snacks, beverages, and other products.
- Check inventory levels, expiry dates, product quality, and pricing
- Monitor digital/payment transactions and report discrepancies.
- Clean and maintain vending machines to ensure proper hygiene and presentation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs; escalate technical issues when required.
- Check machines for product jams, payment failures, refrigeration issues, and other operational problems.
- Maintain stock and service records accurately.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team for replenishment requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and machine-related issues.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.




- Ensure assigned machines remain operational and properly merchandised.
- Report damaged, vandalized, or malfunctioning machines to the supervisor.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th/12th pass/Graduate; relevant experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in vending, retail, field operations, delivery, merchandising, or a similar role - Added Advantage
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic ability to maintain records and use a smartphone/mobile application.
- Physically fit and comfortable with frequent travel and product handling.
- Valid driving licence preferred for field-based roles.

Working Conditions

- Field-based role involving travel between multiple vending machine locations.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
