We are looking for a skilled Civil Estimator with experience in BOQ, BBS, quantity take-off, and construction estimation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates from architectural and structural drawings, monitoring quantities, supporting billing, and coordinating with site and engineering teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, BBS, and BBM quantity take-off based on structural and architectural drawings. Calculate quantities for RCC, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, excavation, plastering, flooring, and other civil works. Prepare material estimates, rate analysis, measurement sheets, and quantity reconciliation. Verify site measurements, identify variations, support contractor/client billing, and coordinate with site, planning,



procurement, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in civil estimation and quantity surveying.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, BBS, BBM, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Experience :

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
