We are looking for a Logistics Manager - Retail to manage last-mile logistics and stock movement between the mother DC and our stores across Gurgaon and Noida.
This role requires close, daily coordination with multiple stores to ensure timely and accurate stock flow.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Stock Movement
- Plan and manage stock dispatch and delivery schedules from the mother DC to stores across Gurgaon and Noida.
- Coordinate with transporters/delivery staff to ensure timely, damage-free deliveries.
- Track and resolve delivery delays, shortages, and damages.
Store Coordination
- Act as the single point of contact for multiple stores on stock indenting, replenishment, and delivery schedules.
- Work with store teams to align on stock requirements and resolve day-to-day logistics issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery and stock-movement records/reports.
What We Are Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain, ideally in a retail/FMCG workplace with multi-store deliveries.
- Experience coordinating deliveries across multiple locations/stores.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking dispatches and deliveries.
- Willingness to travel between DC and stores across Gurgaon and Noida as needed.
