- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries, SAP S/4HANA Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (EPPDS), SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules to optimize production workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP production planning systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
