1. Internal Audit & Financial Control

- Conduct regular internal audits of Sales, Service, Spares, Accounts and Administration.
- Review financial transactions and verify compliance with company policies.
- Identify accounting errors, irregularities, fraud risks and control weaknesses.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions.

2. Vehicle Sales Audit

- Verify vehicle invoices, bookings, customer advances and cancellations.
- Check vehicle sales against DMS/accounting records.
- Verify discounts, schemes, offers and management approvals.
- Reconcile vehicle stock with physical stock and system records.
- Verify finance, insurance, registration and other related collections.

3. Service Centre Audit

- Audit service invoices, job cards and customer payments.
- Verify labour charges, parts consumption and warranty claims.
- Check free-service and paid-service transactions.
- Verify discounts, reversals, cancellations and credit notes.
- Identify revenue leakage and unauthorized adjustments.

4. Spare Parts Audit

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock.
- Review stock movement, purchases, sales and returns.
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, damaged and excess inventory.
- Verify parts issued to service jobs and counter sales.

5. Cash & Bank Audit

- Verify daily cash collections and deposits.
- Check cash balance against books/system records.
- Review petty cash expenses and supporting documents.
- Conduct surprise cash verification.
- Reconcile bank transactions and identify unusual entries.

6. Receivables & Payables Audit

- Review customer outstanding and ageing reports.
- Verify overdue collections and follow-up procedures.
- Check vendor invoices and payment approvals.
- Review vendor outstanding and identify duplicate or unauthorized payments.

7. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

- Review GST transactions and reconciliation.
- Check TDS deductions and payments.
- Verify statutory compliance records.




- Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax consultants when required.

8. Fraud & Risk Management

- Identify potential areas of fraud, revenue leakage and financial risk.
- Investigate suspicious transactions and unusual adjustments.
- Review employee access and authorization controls.
- Ensure proper segregation of duties.

9. Process & Operational Audit

- Evaluate whether company SOPs are being properly followed.
- Audit processes across Sales → Finance → Service → Spares.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and unnecessary costs.
- Suggest improvements to strengthen internal controls.

10. Audit Reporting & Follow-up

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly audit reports as required.
- Highlight audit observations with financial impact and risk level.
- Submit reports to senior management.
- Track corrective actions and ensure closure of audit observations.
- Maintain proper audit working papers and supporting documents.

11. Management Reporting

Prepare reports such as:

- Branch-wise Audit Report
- Cash Verification Report
- Vehicle Stock Audit
- Spare Parts Stock Audit
- Outstanding & Collection Review
- Service Revenue Leakage Report
- Expense Audit Report
- GST/TDS Compliance Review
- Fraud/Risk Observation Report

12. Team & Branch Coordination

- Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Service, Spares, HR and Operations teams.
- Conduct audits across multiple branches/showrooms/service centres.
- Guide employees on financial controls and SOP compliance.
- Ensure audit findings are communicated clearly and professionally.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
