About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Barista to prepare high-quality matcha, smoothies, shakes, clean drinks, and healthy beverages while maintaining excellent hygiene, consistency, and customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare matcha-based beverages, smoothies, shakes, protein drinks, sugar-free drinks, and healthy beverages as per recipes and SOPs.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portion size, and quality.
- Handle coffee/bar equipment, blenders, mixers, and beverage preparation tools safely.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at the beverage counter.
- Follow recipes, preparation methods, and wastage-control procedures.
- Manage beverage inventory, stock rotation, and daily requirements.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the bar station.




- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of ingredients, nutrition-focused beverages, and recent drink trends.

Required Skills

- Experience as a Barista / Beverage Executive in a café, QSR, restaurant, or hospitality setup.
- Good knowledge of matcha, smoothies, shakes, cold beverages, and healthy drinks.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety.
- Good presentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in specialty cafés, wellness cafés, QSRs, hospitality, or health-focused beverage brands.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
