1. Staff Nurse – Homecare (GDA / General Nursing)

- Role Overview: Provide skilled nursing care, patient assessment, and medical management for patients receiving home care.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections according to physician prescriptions.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, Ryle's tube feeding, and tracheostomy care.
- Monitor and document daily vital signs (BP, Pulse, SpO2, Blood Sugar).
- Assess patient health conditions and respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards, infection control, and daily patient duty logs.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- Diploma in GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing.
- Valid nursing registration certificate.
- 1+ years of bedside nursing or homecare experience preferred.
- Patience, clinical judgment, and solid interpersonal skills.

2. Caregiver / Patient Care Assistant (PCA)

- Role Overview: Assist patients with daily living activities, personal hygiene,



and basic non-medical care in a home setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene: bathing, grooming, oral care, and diaper changes.
- Help with patient mobility, position changes, transfers (bed to wheelchair), and light passive exercises.
- Serve meals timely and assist with feeding according to dietary guidelines.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and ensure patient safety at all times.
- Track and record daily routines, meal intake, and basic vital parameters for family review.
- Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10th/12th standard pass or Certified General Duty Assistant (GDA) training certificate.
- Prior experience in elderly care, bedridden patient care, or homecare setups.
- Strong sense of empathy, reliability, and physical stamina for patient movement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
