Are you an experienced New Product Development professional with a strong background in the Printing & Packaging Industry?

We’re looking for a dynamic NPD Manager who can drive innovation, develop new products, and lead end-to-end product development initiatives.

Position: NPD Manager – New Product Development

Location: Manesar, Haryana

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 8 Years

Industry: Printing / Packaging / Commercial Printing

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Current Product Development projects.

- Develop innovative printing and packaging solutions based on customer requirements.

- Collaborate with Sales, Production, Quality & R&D; teams for successful product launches.

- Evaluate product feasibility, costing, materials, and manufacturing processes.

- Conduct market research and identify emerging industry trends.

- Ensure products meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and process optimization.





- Manage multiple NPD projects while ensuring timely execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in NPD / Product Development within the Printing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes, packaging materials & product development.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of product feasibility, costing, quality, and commercialization.
