About the Role

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineers to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, security, and performance of our applications. The ideal candidates should have solid testing fundamentals and experience working with web, mobile, or enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, track, document, and resolve software defects.
- Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Perform API testing and validate application responses.
- Prepare and maintain QA documentation, test reports, and defect reports.
- Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and release testing.
- Contribute to improving QA processes and overall product quality.

Required Skills





- Strong understanding of Software Testing / QA methodologies.
- Experience with manual testing and test case preparation.
- Knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman.
- Understanding of SQL/database testing.
- Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements for Senior QA – 7+ Years

- Banking/FinTech domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in enterprise-level application testing.
- Experience leading QA activities and mentoring junior testers.
- Experience with automation testing frameworks/tools is highly preferred.
- Ability to independently plan and execute end-to-end QA strategies.

Banking Experience

For the 3–5 years positions, prior banking/FinTech experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
