About the Role

CBitss Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Ghumarwin, Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, creativity, and visual communication, along with the ability to create engaging graphics for digital and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, brochures, banners, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and design layouts based on project requirements.
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication and marketing materials.
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and other visual assets as required.
- Create social media posts, promotional creatives, reels/thumbnails, and campaign graphics.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or CorelDRAW.
- Good knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory,



composition, and layouts.
- Creativity and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into effective visual designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in graphic designing.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant design skills may also apply.

Qualification

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant skills and a solid portfolio will be given importance.

Pay: ₹10,334.19 - ₹34,466.03 per month
